All guides and bonuses are sent automatically after the payment is made. For Stripe card payments, it takes a few minutes.
The purchase document is sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
You can apply for a refund up to 30 days if our methods do not increase the indicator they concerned. We will refund the full purchase amount.
Check the spam, junk or blocked folder in your mail. It shouldn't happen, but we can't rule it out. If your order is still missing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
The exceptions are countries excluded from transactions with Poland.
