When will I receive my orders?
All guides and bonuses are sent automatically after the payment is made. For Stripe card payments, it takes a few minutes.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
The purchase document is sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
How can I return an item?
You can apply for a refund up to 30 days if our methods do not increase the indicator they concerned. We will refund the full purchase amount.
I didn't get an email with my order.
Check the spam, junk or blocked folder in your mail. It shouldn't happen, but we can't rule it out. If your order is still missing, please email info@gamedevchanger.com with your order number.
I'm not from the US, can I make a purchase?
The exceptions are countries excluded from transactions with Poland.
